At FZ raid we didn't access the roof and still we got demorgoned and the org received verbal warning and for the part where I've climbed the ladder that isn't considered as a roof it's just a floor/high-ground and i fairly think admin has took the wrong decision here and you can see my whole pov of the

As i have told before on other complains, ADMIN DECSION should NOT SATISFY you - they should be based on RULES and admin took his decision based on Evidence and rules
