Dear Mazhor,

I am grateful to be able to play on your server (de01). Unfortunately, I have found extreme discrepancies in the processing of my tickets. Here are the associated tickets, which were processed insufficiently and poorly on both occasions:

I don't understand why they don't want to give me factual answers to the questions I asked in the ticket, or at least try to explain based on facts that my complaint is wrong.
In a nutshell, the tickets I mentioned earlier are about assessing the rules that apply to IC, which should not be powered or should be misinterpreted. In my case, I am of the opinion that this is done because there are double standards and as a result IC takes away my right without being able to react to it, since higher authorities probably also play a role. (power gaming)

It is dubious and unfair how your admins processed my tickets without a proper evaluation basis with just two short sentences. Transparency, equality and fairness should apply to all players. And I'm usually used to that from GRAND RP.
I would be happy if you take care of the matter and bring clarity to the darkness. Maybe this time it's possible to give me an answer with more than two sentences and a proper reasoning based on the rules. Thank you in advance.
