Upon reviewing, I have decided to reject this report.
Reason:
- Insufficient evidence. I cant see the color of the video, and I cant tell if all those gang cars were parked there by them to block the road. Next time include a video of how you died, leading up to it, so I can see if they drove all the cars there, & to make sure it was actually marabunta cars.
- From the cars in the video, I can only estimate around 2 marabunta cars in the road. The road wasnt fully blocked, and the cars that were parked there, definitely didnt look like they were parked there to seal off the road as they were not parked perpendicularly to block maximum distance with each car. Only 1 was parked like this, and the rest look like they were killed while trying to drive by, seeing as you were one of those cars/people.
