Jojo Grew up in the south side of los santos so he was always around danger and a lot of drama. He had no siblings. Simply having fun was hard for him since he really had no one his age around.
One day A SAHP Officer came to his class doing a local school pop up telling kids about the law. Every Since Then Jojo knew what he wanted to be a Sahp officer. Jojo grew up living his life getting through k-12 ready to be state patrol. When Jojo graduated he went into State patrol training and started his career off as a cadet. While making his way through the ranks and learning everything there is to know about the law, Jojo had reached a high position (Master Sergeant) in Sahp. After training many people and hiring many people through the term he served at Sahp, he decided he could use his skills somewhere else. Jojo decided to go to USSS to get hired where he was recognized for his great skills and was put at the SS Lieutenant Position. Knowing that USSS was not the police and didn’t do a lot of police things, he still found his way in making his mark in the org buy providing his training and tactical skills.
Outcome:
Jojo Can Patrol around the Capitol, making sure there are no threats near the capital (as patrolling I mean riding around the capitol approaching suspicious vehicles or persons and confirming they are no threat the the capitol)
Jojo can park outside the capitol with his patrol car letting the public know there is a SS Force Near.
