I Believe i was wrongfully demorganed by yip man as in a realistic scenerio we had tased the guy twice , technically hes gun would have dropped out of his hand , according to this logic he stated in the video we are not allowed to handcuff anyone with their gun in their hand? so instead even though we tased him we had to either let him go and let him continue stopping an on going 10-15 which is preventing us from doing our job, or pull out assault rifles and kill the guy pick him up and cuff him , according to this logic sahp will receive multiple law suits against us or will not be able to do our job properly i think this should be looked into further because noone anywhere will be able to hold their gun after being tased twice i have broken no rules realistically his gun should have dropped. otherwise anyone can just hold guns out to prevent leos from arresting them, and even if we kill them theres always a chance they have a high end bag to where their guns dont drop. this is not realistic. i urge you guys to reconsider this.

he gave us no reason to shot him , we tased him to detain him in real life he wouldnt be holding his gun after being tased twice , if we would have shot him and killed him he would have filed a lawsuit for police brutality , not to mention like ive already said if they have a lvl 4 backpack the gun wont drop on ground

opening fire on a civilian who may have a gun license and has the ability to open carry , simply is not in my job discription , he had not given us leos any reason to open fire on him, as gun law 1.4 clearly states "
1.4 Acquisition, carrying, use and storage of weapons and ammunition are permitted
only if an appropriate license for the weapon is obtained (Gun License), for both civilian
and service usage." we cannot simply open fire on him for holding out his weapon.

You did not read what I said and you only want to read some gun laws not all of them .... pointing guns at the suspect and telling him to either put his weapon away or dropping the gun depending on the circumstances of the suspect, if you want to talk law then read everything, the gun was drawn from his waist held in both hands while looking at you, I'll re-explain yet again as an officer you should've gone up to him with guns drawn telling him to lower his weapon if he did not comply you have the right to shoot him. Gun Law : Article 5. Self and Reciprocal Defense. All of 5.1 requirements; party must confront with an unprovoked attack (Telling him to lower his gun), Party must be under imminent threat (Suspect looking at you with a revolver in his hand and not putting it away when being demanded to), Party must have an objectively reasonable fear of injury or death (Again gun drawn on top of that outside of DOC gates), Victim can not respond with deadly force when engaged with non deadly force (He had a gun so this requirement wouldn't be unreasonable.

oh btw you read the Miranda rights incorrectly, Here is the correct format: "You have the right to remain silent, Anything you say can and will be used against you in the court of law. You have the right to an attorney, If you cannot afford an attorney, one will be appointed to you by the state if available. Do you understand the rights I just read to you?" (You can find it in your patrolman's guide if you ever have a problem remembering it)
