I engaged in 47 seconds of RP situation before shooting so I'm confused why I have gotten a warning? This rule is extremely ambiguous and should be either rewritten or I should not be punnished as I followed the rule perfectly

You are not a judge to make a verdict. So it was RDM, administrator made right decision.
