Rejected Admin Decision from Scam | Eddie Brackie

So I reported a vehicle Sale Scam that happened to me yesterday in which I lost all the money (4 Mil) that I had been working hard to get for these past 3 months that I have been playing this server, and it was accepted by the admin Eddie Brackie, but the only resolution that was stated was that the player would receive a punishment for the scam....Well that would fine if I didn't just lose ALL of my money to this scammer. Is there any way to retrieve my 4 Mil that I was scammed for by this guy? I just can't start over in this city with $0 to my name. I put in too much time into this city to have everything just gone like that in one second when scamming is clearly not allowed according to the rules. I just want to get my money back from this situation please. I don't have a problem with the admin or even the scammer as long as he gets justified punishment for this.

Especially due to the fact that the guy that scammed me looked like he was using a secondary account (different character model from the last time I saw him) and not his main account, so the punishment given probably won't even affect the person behind the scam. I am just asking to please be compensated for the money that I lost to this scammer so that I can keep playing in this city. I won't be able to keep playing if I have to start everything over from $0, and that would suck because I really enjoy this server and I support the youtube. Would really appreciate it.

If the guy is doing it with his twink and then do the Money Exploit then his main account will also get Ban.
