I do not understand how you can come to that conclusion if you look at all of the POVs from us you can CLEARLY see that none of us spawned inzone except ONE person. Please watch these videos in slow motion. And to the rule 1.18 that you mentioned that spot is perfectly accessible and can be seen in this Clip.
