Rejected RDM in Vinewood lake

I was fishing in vinewood lake when this guy outside of the fence start shooting to a green zone where i was, even with that i tryed to aproach to talk with the guy when i saw he was new, trying to educate him that is not alowed, but he didnt want to listen and killed me anyway with no reason.
