Hello Mazhor,
I got banned for 30 days (ID: 31247) about 19 days ago because I didn't have a POV from an event because unfortunately my recording program crashed. I am also very sorry that this situation has arisen because of me. In the meantime, I have installed another recording program so that such a situation will not arise in the future.
I hope we can come to a good solution.
