Rejected Ban appel

Sorry to bother u but i got approved for unban 3 days ago and i am thankful for that.But when i try to login in i get this text:restrictions account.Which means i cant get more acc created or loged.But i only got twinkie and that accouunt which is allowed but still cant log in.Is it beacuse maybe i need to wait more or something else thank u.My id is 2443(Unbande acc)
