I was riding my bike and id 75 vdm me off the bike to kill me

i didnt VDM on purpose i crashed at the beginning of the clip as you can see then i tried to drive off going forward but we collided in the middle of the road then i decided to kill him as he is a rival gang member

LMAO This report is hilarious, your riding a bicycle on a road... What logic is that? Its obv it wasn't on purpose your literally jumping your bicycle from one side of the road to another. He didn't make attempts to VDM you as literally drove right in front of his car in the clip. To even add on to that you are wearing bloods clothing, The opposing person/reported party is a Vagos. So even if you weren't accidentally car rammed at the end of the day you had been in the ghetto making it rply fine to shoot you. It was very visible that no car ram was made by the reported party to obtain a higher advantage on shooting you.
