I have had many experiences in this city both as an Administrator, as the Chief of Police, and as a overall player. I felt that now is the time to return as the Chief of Police in order to return the LSPD to stability. I have had many experiences with leading LSPD, have the ability to manage the organization and feel that I can contribute a greater amount of roleplay and stability to the organization which I believe is sorely needed at this point in time.
If I am appointed leader, I will begin by evaluating all of my current officers to see who is fit to perform their duties and who is not. Those who are not fit in their current state will be offered the opportunity to undergo training to meet standards of the LSPD. If they are not fit persons and refuse to undergo training, then they will be dismissed from the organization. I will also during this time begin recruiting new players to the LSPD and train them through the proper methods so they are capable of dispensing their duties as LSPD officers.
If I am appointed leader, I will look to continue to improve relations between the LSPD and other state organizations. I believe that it will be important for State Organizations to work together, and it was a big focus of the FIB that I am currently employed by. I wish to carry this attitude of cooperativism and comradery over to the LSPD and work on improving their relationships with other state organizations.
Finally, I want to make sure that LSPD is respected as an organization. It is not necessarily that we need to be the best at everything, but we should be seen as contributors to the State system, and we should be able to pull our own weight as LSPD is one of the most important parts of the state system. If I am chosen as leader, I will ensure the activity of the LSPD in events and other activities throughout the city.
As both a former administrator and leader, I have many connections within the Grand Roleplay community. It is my goal to use these connections with other members of the community to encourage participation in roleplay events as well as working with other leaders to create roleplay events throughout the city.
It is also my goal to make sure that as the “gateway” org for state, all members of the LSPD are properly trained on the rules of both in character and out of character so that they are capable of participating in these roleplay events, as well as the other events that the server has to offer.
