ID 5270 is Families member just returned from an informal (I received his permission to enter the hq), the reason was that I had to give him something.

This includes emotional information that people are not currently able to know - /me and /do commands should not state information that you cannot see, hear, touch, smell, or taste. The use of Voip programs such as Teamspeak, Skype, Discord, and Ventrilo to communicate in IC during game play is strictly prohibited. (since it recognizes id 5270 from masked)
