In this clip you can see that he posted an ad to sell his house, so i grab an undercover agent to go and help make the arrest this time.
(he has 5 stars at this point for felony evading scene) Note that this isnt even an hour after he did it the first time which could have been a crash but is now evident that it wasnt.
