The POV does not show the situation how the person (455430) dies. Maybe there is a rulebreak that he did. He should start POV before he (455430) dies

The POV does not show where the person is shooting if you check where the wind coming from behind the bullet. It can be discharging a weapon in a public place and it can be solved ICly. He can call cops.
