As u can see in POV that guy is doing OOC insult.. and this guy do these kind of insult on daily basis.. sometimes in CC sometimes randomly when he saw me in city ... I know that guy id bcz he do kind of stuff daily.. that proof is given by my LI mates because I was off city that time...
