Here is the Proof you can see in this video there is no privacy control option which enable us to on or off desktop capture. you can see on internet everyone know about this. proof:

i found i didnt record overlays but the problem is in new nvidia geforce experience version there is no overlays option and i was not aware of it because i just use shortcut key alt + z and select option of recording. please unban me i was not aware of this new nvidia update.
