this guy was bullying my friends, they were new in city and the unnecessary just for his fun started sitting in their scooter and we told him to get off but he continuously did and also did rdm (rule)
I got stopped by a gang and they told me to hands up but since I am new to the city I didn't knew how to do hands up and then admin put me into the jail
I apologize for it and won't repeat this again . please forgive me this time
