car rammed me as im trying to lose him then flipped me and shot me

I was hijacking a 350k car :( he tried to kill me i killed him in redzone, he comes back instantly in a rental and is Cr , i try to lose him in city but he ends up mass car ramming me until i flip then he procedded to kill me

I hijacked a car, he tried to kill me in Red zone, i shot back killed him, he got a rental came back i started warning him he did not care so i drove into city then he started car ramming. also he came back instantly i dont think its allowed
