all in POV + no reason to stop my engine

i got ban for no reason in my opinion, when i got ban i didnt was playing the game and maybe i have my account info on another pc, at the same date i got ban i didnt had the game installed on my pc for a long time, so i think it wasnt my mistake to get ban. i think there is a big miss...
