I was arresting and having a 10-15 with me, this guy came there and knocked me and the 10-15 by his car not single time but twice. the 10-15 died on the spot and he did VDM and GZ 1.1

The person was in the DOC he came inside somehow, killed the 10-15 and then Just Poofed off.
