i was riding my car i accidentally hit a car and was thrown out of my car.. after that this player ID 76125 came back to hit me with his car as for revenge and turn his car and went.
It is clear in the pov that the player was live streaming her location to find mushroom so I think it's meta gaming (not an expert just my opinion, it's all upto admin to decide)
