I recently contacted you through forums and discord appealing to unban my account that was previously banned for "securityban" and i log in today just to get banned AGAIN for GR1.1 despite the fact that nobody has access to the account.. make it make sense please you have the proof you asked for!!!

it says ive gotten a "securityban" on 17th of december 2024, but i haven't logged in for like more than 2 years (since 2022) nor anyone else has my account. i tried logging in couple weeks ago and got the message. No additional information was provided.
