I was patroling and saw this guy doing reckless driving and when i told him to stop he shot me without any demand and made me unconcious

As you can see in this pov i was out patroling this guy came to me and when i asked him to stop he didnt listen after that i gave him 3 warnings after that i bloked his engine and after giving demand he started to run thats fail rp after that he ran and did CL.
