Can you understand what he. she is saying? Because i cant. What language is the person speaking?

You can see i was using a microphone in that situation, but he thinks i wasn't speaking at all. There was just a software problem, of not recording and adding my mic to clip. I noticed it myself when editing the clip. i fixed it so that wont happen again.
