No, the identity of the person performing the RDM/MK isn't visible. As for the CR, you were told repeatedly to stop, but you didn't; that's why we had to PIT you.

At the beginning of the incident, my friend started following me at the hospital, so there was no metagaming involved here. Also, since this is not the beginning of the incident, I request that this report/case be dismissed.
The fact that you started metagaming, using RDM and doing CR after the incident is really quite funny that’s exactly why most of your family were punished.
