If you look proporly, the guy who shot you was NG, then when ID:333913 was climbing ladder, you shot him which is grounds for 8853 to shoot back. Just because you decided to not shoot after you saw how many pushed, doesent mean what you did first should be ignored. All i see is confusion of people.
