I have the pov that shows NG shooting first I just followed their lead

After receiving the punishment I feel this is wrong I was only following NATIONAL GAURDS lead as it was there hood watch and they shot the first shot I just followed suit as they are higher commands then me i don't think I should be held responsible for this
