banned for using bugs .....i dont use bugs , never have, been on the server for 10 months and just got to where i want to be ...all done honestly, please help

Just got blocked ...it said for using bugs?....i have never used or even know what it means ...i have been in the city for 10 months and never used a bug ...help please?
