In POV im afk sitting in my fam car then this dept collector comes and RDMs me so he can collect my unpaid fines

wym the moment you left me you broke RP, like you said yoself you could've arrested me but let me go, all you wanted todo was confiscate and insult after i hit you xD, you didn't even have Bio to do what you did

In POV you can see two officers telling me and gang member to move cars then i ram one then drive away and change cloths, he engines blocks without demands and confiscates everything i had, doesn't arrest me just lets me go

So i was banned 58 days ago because i said something bad about the city with i deeply regret and i know it only 48hrs but i was thinking yall can consider this appeal, ever since i was banned on my main ive tried to do my best to not break any rules and be good, only reason im making this appeal...
