I was using a taxi and for some reason this guy turns around. As I am running, I get shot from behind for no apparent reason. I might have been chicken running a bit but that's because I got a shock.

Link to video: As you can see, I clearly do not have a weapon out and I said nothing to him but he still proceeds to shoot me for no reason. Also looks like he is crouch shooting.
