I was just chilling in black market and this guy kills me for no reason, didn't even talk

I was driving and we had a collision, I'm running back to my car and all of the sudden this guy starts shooting me ... It's not even in ghetto or anything

Please note that the video starts at 00:49 to the end, 00:00-00:49 is what happened 15 minutes later (you can see the time at bottom right). In the second video, I pointed a gun at him and told him to get out of the vehicle, he just drove off without fear of me shooting him in the head.
