Left durring arresting procedure

Guy came to LSPD HQ and started horn spamming a terrible horn sound.

We arrested a guy who stole a car. While processing I entered GZ towards my car to process him. Guy on bike started harassing, talking and blocking us. Went to the right towards ghetto side started shooting inside GZ, after 20 seconds went to city side and again shoot inside GZ @0:15 @0:37 @1:12

Found person on ground. Gave him medical attention and wanted to check what happened. Guy started rumbling some random stuff. Wanted to leave, guy entered car 3 times gave him 3 times to leave car and when he didn't comply he was being arrested for it. When we went to highway to DOC he left. In...

Came to a car being stolen. Guy stood on top of said car with gun, started shooting me, he just stood there and I killed him. When I was about to put him in cuffs he left game. @0:50

We were searching for a stolen car, someone shoot at us during our drive inside the area. We stopped and arrested him, he left city while in cuffs. Also, I heard him upon trimming video that he wants name change so I dont know if it's a different/additional penalty. @1:20
