He is using illegel redux. There is proofs of his redux is illegal. In the pov there is illegal bloodfx, but in the redux there is such more illegal stuff including illegal water.

When phantom got caught he wasnt in katman, also he got banned for nothing if you watch his pov you can clearly see there is nothing only his redux is illegal. You can keep saying cheaters to us, you are only satisfying our ego.
