RDM: 85193 just now beeped his horn and got out then killed me. if I reported every rdm and vdm I wouldn't have time to play the game

He crashed into my car then got out and shot me without saying anything. I usually wouldn't report these small things but I get rdmed at least two times a day as a civilian. I feel like I'm playing regular gta online at this point.
