I would like my ban appeal to be reviewed by someone else, as I stated in my last post in my Pov you can clearly hear me say "This is" and not "You are" therefore no insults were ever made. I had originally posted my ban appeal and where Alex Odd has rejected it saying, "You can clearly here the OOC insult in pov" If the word 'retarded' being used in a general sense is automatically considered to be an OOC insult the rule I was banned for which is Gen. 3.1 should specify you can't use the word even in a general context, as I know the rule says I can't 'OOC insult', and this is why I NEVER DID. Again, I will reiterate I said "This is retarded" as in me sitting there for nearly 45 min being harassed and asking for one simple thing to be done. If I was insulting him I would have had to say "You are" Please explain where I directed my insult at ANYONE. Me saying the word in a general sense is NOT the same as calling a person the word and speaking to them directly. I wasn't even speaking to a person when I say it, listen to the context and you will hear me say "I have been here for 30 min" "This is retarded" again how is that insulting anyone? I just made a statement, please review this again.
If you listen to my clip, you will hear I CLEARLY don't even insult anyone AT ALL and only make a statement. I request this ban either be terminated or amended to a different rule, I was banned for OOC insults (3.1) In which as you can hear in my POV I just say a word about the situation, and they automatically assumed I was saying it to the man, I have searched EVERY RULE, Nowhere does it say I can't say that word. It specifies I can't insult a person, It however doesn't specify I can't use the word in general context, I have read over Mazhor posting where he indicates the difference between OOC and IC..
"Out of Character (OOC) - Out of Character is when you, as a player are talking or doing actions outside of In Character actions"
"In Character (IC) - In Character is your characters roleplay, this is his/her actions and words being said."
Throughout the ENTIRETY of the situation in my video you can see I solely by definition stay IC and not just ANY definition either this is Mazhor OWN WRITTEN definition of OOC. & IC. While I am IC and dealing with an IC issue I say "This is retarded" again I remained IC and said it about the SITUATION and NEVER about a PERSON.
-- Again these are Grands defined versions of OOC and IC used from one of your curators' posts.
Let me write out an example scenario where you could say this and wouldn't be directing it towards a person...
(We are sitting in a classroom and a teacher hands out a test, I glance at the test and realize its long and a lot of work. I then say out loud "This is retarded" .. Have I insulted the teacher or only the test? (Again, this is speaking in general sense.)
