Today I was doing one of the office tasks, and someone killed me and I respawned at the hospital.

When I respawned, an FIB officer came to me yelling my name. Then he handcuffed me and took me to jail. On what basis he handcuffed me and took me to jail? I don’t have any stars or a penalty or anything.

He does not have the right to do so.

I want a reasonable cause for what he did, as well as POV of what he was doing on his PDA on that time.
