i was shot by FIB and Detained when a gang member appeared to try and save me as they didnt kill us all and he was alone upone seeing the gang member the officer with ID 269658 decided to run around with me in handcuffs and being dragged by the arm

Also 9260 doesn't seems involved with rp but insufficient evidence
