As you can see in the POV this is a demand he get out of his car he has gun they fight this is not an RDM if it is the officer is doing it too

in his own pov its clearly visible he chased me 3 times and i also got out of the car put body armor on and took out my gun then gave demands and he went away and then came back and i shot him because i already gave demands and he then shot back
I also dont have my own pov because its not an event
and i didnt feel like theres any fail rp involved
