we knew he was wanted he came there but we didnt know his name (aditya federall) he tried running so we tazed him with demands as shown in POV, then we found his name out and got to know he was wanted. thats literally what is happening in POV

because u called me to come to courtroom which is not possible without a lawyer and u gave me a demand to step out just like that without any ic reason which is considered as ub demands .
According to state rule 6.10
PDA is counting as an OOC information. In case if you found a wanted criminal and want to arrest him , you have to ask him to show his passport for identifying.(In case if he refused to show passport, state employees have all rights to arrest him for identifying)
And i cannot hear you asking for my passport even once . I was cuffed for an ub demand before because u alrerady knew that i am wanted before checking my passport as said by ron knight which either means fail rp or using ooc info icly .
