This guy took out his gun and shot me without any clear demands. Is it normal for a police officer to accidently uncuff someone then shoot them until they are uncounsios if the guy isnt even holding a gun?
this is also 6.4 beacuse a officer that shoots someone without any clear demands when they are not even holding a gun is a bad/corrupt cop.

- you already have been tased and still ran away when chance has been given for you to stop while was cuffed.
- you were running away to your car after being uncuffed which was far away from the reach of the taser so you have been shot.​
