here is the pov and you can see we gave him plenty of opportunity to leave the area, we dont know if getting in his car is him attempting to leave the area so at the same time he finally decided to move we shot, but in my pov you can see I made the comment that oh you're finally leaving as proof I was not going to continue shooting him as he finally decided to leave
