Marabunta ambushed NG and was killing everyone inside NG. There was a guy going around after marabunta was killing us. He mercy killed us,as you can see on the video he mercy killed paul hopee and the NG worker first then he mercy killed me after.

Gangs cannot mercy kill fellow gang members but can mercy kill LEOs. And, LEOs cannot mercy kill because part of their RP is to arrest or encourage an investigation.​
