According to rules , u can plant solars anywhere but u can give demands to someone only if they are coming near solars , it doesnt give u the power to start giving demands to everyone in that house so yeah its clearly ub and rdm
if u had read some rules before doing this , you wouldnt get a warn

Invalid Screenshot , time isnt mentioned on bottom right, instead of saying you dont have pov bc it was not event just say it clear , you dont wanna get punished for RDM and metagaming at same time
