As you can see i was doing ATM ROBBERY in ghettto.Suddenly this brave officer came to ghetto alone while he is on duty and he started demanding me.
So as per State Rule 5.5 LSPD/SAHP/FIB could patrol ghetto if there are more than two special officers. | Verbal Warning
As he came alone in ghetto so it should be considered as State Rule 5.5

And also i asked for his ID you can see in the pov.He refused that and ran away if he doesn't have Corrupt bio so it will be considered as Corruption without bio as well.
