From your POV, there's no evidence of an arrest. Secondly, who said that tazing a person with a gun in their hand is not allowed? You're just making a forum just for the sake of making one. I'll tell you now, it's either you provide extended POV of an actually arrest (placing you in jumpsuit) or this is gonna be rejected lol.
