I started the engine earlier than you and then you go on the sand. That's why.

i didnt abused him in game so it dosent matters.

one of the main reason is while the rain started it didnt affect him at all, it might be because of an illegal redux which doesnt contains rain effect or rain physics.
from my pov its a valid req with valid reasons
