Rejected Jailed for UB Panel

Currently I am Jailed for UB Panel, I placed a panel on the side of the road by farm 2 to check later when i go back to continue farming. I went back to my NG Org to some events and then was put in jail. I do not understand where i was in the wrong or how it was UB. If an explanation could be given or evidence of my crime that would be appreciated. If that cannot be provided or i was unjustly put in jail i would like compensation for my time.

it was planted on the road .... i got complaint from other player and went for check ... it was on road which can block .... i have a proper POV of my process ..
