ID 115675 will receive a punishment for Gen Rule 6.15,
ID 94635 will receive a punishment for Random Punching
(In the POV its clear that ID 115675 and ID 94635 were doing Random Punching and finally ID 115675 Killed ID 15872 without any Demands or Any RP at 00:39)
